All orders from USA and The Rest Of The World orders will be shipped using DHL Express or FedEx. Delivery will take 3 to 5 working days depending on custom clearance. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number so that you can track the status of your parcel. n the event of exceptions due to certain zones and customs rules, you will be informed and not be obliged to proceed. A cancellation and full refund will be in order.

For all returns and exchanges, customers must email our customer service within 30 working days from the date of receipt, and prior to mailing out the return parcel. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of request. Please include your order number and watch model to facilitate the waiting process. We are more than willing to adhere to your request if it fulfills the following requirements:

Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with the price tag intact, and a proof of purchase attached.

Product must not have been resized in any way, with links either added or removed.

Product must not have been customised either by us or externally.

Product must not have been altered, serviced, or repaired by anyone other than Aries Gold.

Aries Gold reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that we believe may violate our Return & Exchange Policy, or if returned goods are in unsatisfactory condition. Products that are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to the sender, and will not be eligible for store credit. There is strictly no cash refund.
